This is a really low key trail that would be fantastic for trail running via the Cedar Mills trail.  The waterfall is pretty but not huge.  It’s a nice spot to relax by the cool water.  To make the trail more interesting you can take the headwaters trail all the way back to the Lynn Loop trail which is far more technical and adds some additional elevation.
